This upscale French restaurant has an intimate, romantic atmosphere. Floral oil paintings and thick, luxurious draperies surround the dining room. Master chef Hubert Keller, with his classical French cuisine background is able to successfully create innovative recipes. Some of his specialties include Seeded Atlantic Cod with heirloom tomatoes; roasted Grimand Farm Duck Breast with a cardamom, mustard & red wine glaze, or for vegetarians, Japanese Eggplant stuffed with Sardinian Couscous. They also have superb desserts selection and an excellent wine list. However, the menu changes daily and this restaurant only serves dinner.- April 2005
