Aqua offers fine dining in a sophisticated yet lively atmosphere. Executive Chef Laurent Manrique created an exclaimed seafood menu combining traditional French cooking techniques with inspiration from the rich bounty of fresh products found throughout the Bay Area. The high ceilings, muted colors, comfortable furnishings and simple lines create a room classy yet modern. Aqua is open for lunch five days a week, and open for dinner seven days a week. Sample menu options include the John Dory - Chanterelle Mushrooms, Bacon and Swiss Chard Ravioli and Bordelaise Sauce among others.- April 2005
