This restaurant offers a true dining experience with its party atmosphere and good food. Every type of person frequents this place, especially for the sake bombs. In fact, the Mas Sake in San Jose is a nightclub. The restaurant offers creative speciality rolls in addition to the traditional nigiri menu. The chefs offer sushi with a bit of a kick in the Ecstasy Roll, and they make provisions for people who don't especially like sushi. The menu serves a number of wraps and sushi tacos made without fish. Some of the recipes evoke a vaguely Mexican twist, hinted by the name of the restaurant.- April 2005
