Over the years Masa’s has had many of the biggest names in American chefs head the kitchen and naturally the food has been consistently brilliant. Keeping in that tradition Chefs Richard Reddington and Gregory Short have been expertly trained by many of the most renowned chefs in the world and are easily keeping customers satisfied.- October 2004
